How do I get it after I pay?
As soon as your payment goes through you get an email with the download links. Two minutes later you can be printing the first project.
Is it a physical book?
No, it's a PDF. You can read it on a phone or tablet, or print only the pages you need. Most parents print one project at a time.
What age is it for?
5 to 12. Every project is labelled with its own age range, so you can hand the book to an eight-year-old and they can choose for themselves.
Do I need to buy any materials?
No. Every project uses things that are already in a normal house: cardboard, paper, tape, string, elastic bands, lolly sticks, a bit of kitchen foil. Anything less common is always listed with an alternative.
Does my child need me sitting with them?
Depends on the age. The 5 to 7 projects need an adult nearby, mostly for scissors. From 8 up, most children can follow the steps on their own.
Is it messy?
Some of it is, and we tell you which. Every project has a mess rating from one to three, so you can pick a clean one on a school night and save the messy ones for Saturday.
